Our Values

We are inclusive, collaborative, participatory, and democratic.

We are rooted in justice (social, gender, racial, environmental), equity, and a long-term vision.

We are grassroots and represent the interests of working-class, low, and middle-income members of our community.

We are committed to democratic leadership that rotates regularly.

We are a safe space.

We see ourselves as part of a larger movement and we are committed to working with other groups to amplify their voice as well as our own.

We are committed to addressing internal conflicts and offenses through engagement, discussion, and calling-in (vs. calling out).

We believe in the rights of all communities and are anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-ageist, and anti-homophobic.
